I was very disappointed with their lack of fairness and concern about customer satisfaction. I ordered 3 hats, of which 2 were the size I ordered. The other was 3 sizes too large. I emailed them about the problem. Their solution was for me to pay 2 way postage to get another hat, of hopefully the correct size.\r
I didn't do anything wrong, why should I pay another $14.00 to possibly take care of their shortcomings? I simply won't shop at Berkeley Hat Co. again.\r
