I needed a new vaccuum because mine had eaten something that made it unfixable. The owner of the store took the time to show me the selection of vaccuums that he had and described the pluses and minuses of each. We discussed my needs--something that was light-weight and not bulky to conserve space. He suggested the vaccuum that he thought met my needs. It was not the most expensive one or even near the high-end ones. I have been very happy with it. \r
A couple of years later, I called the store because I had a problem with it and he directed me over the phone to do one simple thing--press the reset button! Wha-la! The vaccuum came to life again. (no charge, no effort for me!) He also reminded me how to clean the heppa filter. Another store in the area had told me to bring it in and they would look at it for their minimum repair fee. I highly recommend this store, they seem truly honest and reasonable.
