I have bought and sold half a dozen cars with Carmax and it has been a great experience everytime. I hate that game of haggling with price and at Carmax you know what the price is before you get there. As far as the person compliaining about waiting 45 minutes for their car estimate, that is just how it works. They are inspecting other cars until they get to yours then it takes about a half hour for them to do the estimate. Some people are just never satifsfied. Have some patience. By the way the last time I sold a car to Carmax they gave me the price I had quoted as if I were to sell it privately. Carmax is my go to store for my used car purchases.
