we had been using southside for vet and kennel services for the past two years but we have now decided to change due to their poor treatment of us and our dogs. one of our dogs got a terrible terible case of kennel cough while staying at southside for a week while we were on vacation, of which we were previously told he had been vaccinated. we were not told upon pickup that our dog had kennel cough despite his hacking of which we assumed at the time was nothing. we were then shunned when we went to take him in for treatment and the vet was not even in office during office hours. i would highly recommend people NOT TAKE THEIR ANIMALS to southside.
