I called them due to an issue with one toilet. They fixed the one toilet but talked me into a service agreement, which gave me an inspection of all the other systems. Of course, they found the same problem wrong with my two other toilets, even though they seemed to be working fine to me. They charged 130 dollars per toilet, plus the service agreement was costly. Way too expensive! Doesn't anyone just want to do their job honestly?
