We have been in our home for 6 years, and we had a lot of high traffic areas on our carpets which had been terribly discolored from shoes, dirt, pets, and clay. My wife and I believed we were going to have to replace our entire upstairs carpets including the staircase. Elmer and Ramon did an outstanding job cleaning all the areas which we thought were beyond cleaning, saved our carpets, and made them look like new again. They were on time, and worked very quickly.
