I am giving one star because it is the lowest rating that this site will allow. Let me open by saying that I am a pretty laid back person that understands there are times you sacrifice service for a less expensive product. Well this must be the business plan and mission statement of this company. I looked for a wedding dress at multiple stores up to $2500. I went to David's Bridal because I thought it would be a good place to see a wide varitey of dresses with a low pressure environment. I bought my dress at David's and the lady that helped me was really nice and attentive. She couldn't have been better. I loved the dress. I hadn't decided to buy a veil but tried them on anyway. When I was in the dressing room getting ready to leave the manager put a veil that I did not like on the counter and rang it up. My parents paid for the veil thinking I must have changed my mind. So here we are at home when I see this veil. We called the store and they wouldn't take it back. It was $150. So I went back to get my dress from alterations. The lady that measured and recorded my needs was really nice. The lady I picked it up from was NOT! They had put cups in and one was 5 inches to far to the side and the other was almost showing in the middle of the sweetheart neckline. They changed the ruching on the dress and told me ""You don't know what you are talking about"" when I asked them about it. There was a black ink pen mark on the front of my dress and makeup on my buttons on the back. What are these people thinking. They are rude and incapable of giving customer service. I thought my mother was going to take a life. Go spend the extra money and buy a dress somewhere else. It has been the most frustrating thing about the entire wedding and if you're planning one you know how profound a statement that is. Best of luck Brides.
