Rented a limo for 4 hours for my son's 21st birthday. Unfriendly driver, miscommunication with reservations and receptionist (had to drive to my son's apt and give my cc card again) and worst.......abandoned drunk 21 year olds because were 10 minutes late out of the bar. I would have gladly accepted the charges but he chose to LEAVE intoxicated clients at the bar!!!!!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. The ""general manager"" is suppose to call me but I am getting the run around!!
