I've been with Matt since he opened, and I've never once experienced anything remotely negative. He has always been timely, professional, and helpful. He has often gone above and beyond for me and my family. I have been extremely happy with both the price of my insurance and the follow through. I don't know what happened with ConsumerEd, but it sure has never been my experience. I give Matt a great review because he deserves it.
