I had the worst cell phone buying experience ever here! Customer service is a joke. You have to pay $50.00 to return or exchange a defective phone. Yes- you actually have to pay them for a phone that is defective when you return it! Also, this is not a corporate AT&T store, it is an authorized reseller, which no one ever told me until I bought the phone and it was on the salesman's card. Having the big AT&T sign on the front is a borderline scam! Well worth the 3 minute drive to the Sheridan AT&T store which is legit. Would give a 0 Star rating if possible
