The owners of the properties may not be too bad but Leasing Plus certainly has some work to do on their customer service and professionalism. I lived at one of their properties for several years and Vickie was always rude when I called. She rarely got back to me in a timely fashion and always came across as angry or put out because I had called. Don't expect maintenance issues to be addressed timely or at all in some cases. Property owners this management co will cost you valuable business. I would never recommend this co. to anyone, renters or owners.
