I just wanted to take a few moments to share with you my high regard for the service department at Leesburg Honda.\r
I recently took a financial planning class, and discussion often turned to car care. It seems that most people have such a poor impression of their dealer service departments that they rarely use them. My wife and I, however, can't imagine going anywhere else.\r
We have been service department customers at Leesburg Honda since 1996, and have purchased three new cars there (including my mother's). Our current ""fleet"" includes four Honda's, all of which are serviced exclusively at Leesburg Honda. The entire staff is courteous and friendly, and the night service team just can't be beat (we only use night service now since it is so convenient). The service team is great about recommending work to be done without ""overselling"" services - I have never felt taken advantage of. I always know that Fitz will take good care of us. \r
Please let your service team at Leesburg Honda know how much we appreciate their expertise, as well as the care and attention that we receive from them. They do a great job!\r
