I did a lot of online research finding a good body wrap place and settled on fit and fabulous in kennesaw, I liked them because of the reviews were ok but the price was good. I met with patrice and she showed me a booklet filled with good reviews (which I later realized were people with only one review and kinda fishy) then she sold me on a multiple wrap package saying it was the better deal.....after i paid for the 2 wraps and had one done that day which went ok but not a good result, she said after the second it would be much better. So I said i will call to make the next appt. So I made an appt and then she called ME back and cancelled it. I made a second appt and she called ME back again and cancelled. For the third appt she actually kept the date and time and but some other girl there who didn't even do a good job. Its easier for me to get an appt at my OB/Gyn then with patrice and at least they don't cancel on me, So in the end I realized that she does not value your time as a customer nor her agreements since she already had my money. Maybe she should let us pay after getting it done so she knows she has to work hard for her money as I did for mine.
