Excellent and prompt communiction. No delay in helping me out. They were right there to help me the day of my call to get a loaner car and get my car picked up. They called me several times to let me know what the status was of the repairs and also to see if I needed anything. The time it took to fix my car and get it back to me was terrific (less than 7 days). The loaner car was a fantastic service. I was impressed with the ease, time and the service (body work) and the service (customer service). Thank you so much.
