Very sloppy record keeping, repeated mistakes to policy data, didn't return phone calls. They came up with any and every excuse why is couldn't be done correctly. Could not get things sorted. \r
The staff is either not knowledgeable of products or tries to double sell insurance coverage with double talk.\r
While State Farm may be a fairly good company this agent is definitely not. Try another.
