I really wanted to write that it was a great experience. Unfortunately, I was fairly disappointed. My wife and I went on a Fri Eve in Sept. There are 10 tables in the small dining area (think Railroad Pullman Car). Only 4 tables were occupied the evening that we were there. We were dressed for dinner---too bad the rest of the patrons wore blue jeans. There was no wine list available. We took a shot and got the house selection---Da Vinci Chianti at $40.00 a bottle. The food was----ok. Nothing to brag about, not bad, not great. In all honesty, Italiano's Restaurant was as good or better and at 1/2 the price. The servers, 2 young guys, were very eager to please but ""Not ready for Prime Time""---maybe Olive Garden but not at a ""fine dining"" restaurant. All in all, it was not a memorable evening. We won't return and I think that is probably the general concensus. They really need to fix a lot things----not the least of which is their entrance---if they want to succeed. We'll go to Chez Nous next time we want to have a fine dining experience in Humble. My bill, incl. tax and tip, was $150.00 for two. I don't mind paying that but it sure seemed like we should have gotten a lot more for our money.
