First of all I would like to say to the Last person who wrote a review on 6/6/2010 that I completely and 100 % agree with you. I dont usually get so excited about reviewing restaurants but Elia's corner really deserves a review form me tonight....It was bad/ horrible !!! I just came back from the Elias. I was there with my parents and inlaws and the truth is I had been to Elias before but about 2 yrs ago I cant remember why exactly we stopped going there but rest assured we were reminded tonight why we should not have retured. I felt as if the owner's job is to make sure that customers never go in again. Lets start with the wait time for the food to arrive so so long. The salad was the only thing that tasted ok. I made the mistake of ordering 2 grilled octopus , came back burned and bitter tasting. My family insisted i do not complain because then probably out food is going to be messed with. Anyway my husband stuffed his mouth with it more quickly than i could get the attention of the waitress so there goes the bad octapus.but i still told the waitress "" listen the octapus tasted bitter and was burned make sure you tell the cooks to watch our fish orders"" Well what do you know ...the fish comes back 1 porgy and 2 saint petersburg i knew from the looks of it that it was burned,i tasted it and it was like I was eating charcoil but the aftertaste came first and never left so I returned my fish. Im running out of space so just go elsewhere like kyclides or Stamatis
