He did not pressure the sell at all, but did impress us by his extensive knowledge of leather furniture and his overall passion for leather in general.
Ashley, not only visited our home before the purchase to ensure that the optimum color and size choices were made, he also followed through after the purchase to make sure that we were happy. He brought us some free leather care product and made a few minor adjustments.
