The movers arrived 6 hours late and were unbelievably rude. Did not wrap my pictures as we were promised by dispatch. Were given 2 hours notice to drive from Charleston, SC to Atlanta under the threat that we would be charged $100/hour if we kept the delivery team waiting. A beautiful framed lithograph was broken and thus ruined. After I filed the damage under the 60 day requirement, management claimed upon their interview of the movers that the damaged was not documented properly upon receipt - they refused to leave us a claim form at receipt!! HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!
