Had made a purchase which was on sale but due to uneven color of tile, I wanted to return for an exchange. Was advised that sale items cannot be exchanged or even returned for a full store credit. Also there is a restocking fee of 25% should I wish to get a store credit. I feel it is not fair to pay a restocking fee if I'm not getting any money back. Merchant is not flexible or willing to help customers so next time I would be better off buying from Home Depot or Lowes where you can return sale items and they do not charge restocking fees.
