I have been a client of Jack's for a few years and called recently to make an appointment for a cut and color. I was told that Michael Knight had been recruited to step in for Jack with some of his clients and responsibilities. I was asked if I would like an appointment with him. I'm glad I said yes. Michael was absolutely fantastic! Michael was warm and welcoming and evaluated my hair and talked to me about what I wanted. He answered my numerous questions (patiently and thoroughly) and was attentive from start to finish. Michael suggested changing my hair color to a different tone that was more flattering to my skin and adding subtle highlights. It turned out beautifully. He also gave me a cut that brought lots more volume to my fine hair.
