When I arrived on-site, everyone was very courtious helpful. Joe had everything ready to go & stuck to the agreed upon price (I was nerveous after reading the previous post). Took a quick test drive. Signed the docs. Went through the new vehicle delivery explanation and I was outta there. Painless
