Well, based on the reviews and the fact that the negative reviews seemed to be from a disgruntled employee as Beth pointed out over and over I figured I couldn't go wrong. I went wrong. First off, the first girl to walk in asks me, ""what do you want us to do?"" Seriously? Umm...clean the house based on the specifications for the spring cleaning option. I had a feeling that was a bad sign. Yes, the house was clean for the most part. For $300, that's the least of your expectations. When I was told by Beth that for the spring cleaning option that the baseboards would be washed down, I actually had this crazy expectation that they would in fact be washed down. Some of them were, however the Foyer, the entire living room, and the area near the back door were untouched. The reason I was given, ""we didn't do them."" Oh. Yes, they came back to do them, but I shouldn't have had to ask. Also, for $300 I expected the ceiling fans to be completely dusted off. They were also left untouched. They were going to send a separate person back(separate from the one who came back to do the baseboards), at a different time, so that's now three separate times I had to be home to let them in. I told them nevermind I would just do it myself. Which any good business would NEVER accept, but Natalie was more than happy to let me take care of it. Let me repeat, I AM NOT AN EX EMPLOYEE. Beth may try to respond to this by saying that's the case. Bottom line, I would never hire them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. My sister hired a company that uses all environmentally frienidly products, did a much more extensive cleaning, including all the walls, which of course were not touched on my cleaning, and they were charged $350. I would gladly pay $50 more dollars for the use of safe products and a better cleaning. I'd keep looking if I were you. more
