Working in a small business that relies on communication, we often have many problems with our Datel phone lines. After calling several times for issues, it often takes weeks to get a tech person into the office to take a look. We find the customer service reps to be very rude and unwilling to assist their customers. I urge you to work with another communications company if possible!
