West Coast Roofing & Contracting was very cooperative when repairing my roof. They had to do it when we were not at home, which was very nice. Some companies require that you be there. I was happy with the service, and the leak is fixed.
They came out and first tried a minor, very inexpensive repair that they thought might take care of it. It ended up not working, so we went ahead with the larger repair, but it was very nice that they would try that first. Most companies would not try an inexpensive option first. That willingness is the definition of good customer service.
