We have been using the frogs twice a month for 4 years.
They send in a team of cleaners, one person for the kitchen and another for the bathroom and then one or two more people to do the rest of the house. We have a ""basic"" cleaning done. Kitchen and bathroom are scrubbed (you should see what they have done to my retro 1940s stove- it looks like new) everything is dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped. They move chairs and the lighter furniture out of the way to do the floors. Once a month they roll up the area rugs and mop under there. And they use natural cleaners!
About once or twice a year I will ask for a more serous cleaning, like having the oven or fridge cleaned and furniture moved out and baseboards done. We pay extra beyond our normal cleaning for that. If you need laundry done or sheets changed they can do that too. They really do a fabulous job on ovens and microwaves.
Dos funny frogs have keys to our house. We have never had an issue with any of the cleaners. We have never had anything stolen and they are careful with our things. If we are home when they come, they are very polite and not at all intrusive. They are nice to our cats and are good with our kids.
Dos funny frogs does a very good job we have been constantly happy with them. I really believe they are the best cleaning company out there.
Added feature is ""frog tracker"" on their website lets you know what time they will get to your house and when they will be done. They call and remind you when they are coming and call later to make sure everything is as you like it.
Now, if only they could cook dinner for me too.
