I have used the service at Yach's Body Shop several times in the past 10 years. It has always been auto body related work, and they have given consistent, outstanding service and results. The interfacing between Yach's and my insurance works fine.
I appreciate that with Yach's it is easy to track the vehicle through various stages of completion, from the estimate to the final result. The website is updated daily with photographs so that I can see the progression of what is taking place. Also, I appreciate the ease of contact with the service advisor through email or the phone.
