I've lived in LA for over 10 years and never had much luck with second hand stores or consignment stores taking my clothes. Finally a place that took my clothing with no attitude. Places like Crossroads and Waistland have the snootiest people working there and they rarely take my namebrand items. I think the bad smells of those places must go to their heads and cause them to be rude to their customers. It's soooooo refreshing to be greeted at the door at Haute by the owner who is very friendly and helpful. Because she was so nice, I want to give her my business.
