The person who owns and operates United Home Improvement Centers is Dan Golka. This guy is a total con artist who will take your deposit and not do any work. If you try to contact him all you get is voicemail, though if you call in as a new potential customer from a different number that he doesn't recognize then he will answer the phone or return your call as he is always looking for a new sucker to give him a deposit.

In addition to ripping customers off this guy treats anyone who he works with like crap and refuses to pay his bills. He uses the same game on anyone silly enough to work with him. He will take as much as he can from you before he starts avoiding your calls and letting everything go to voicemail
