Was given a quote over the phone and told it would take 1 day to repair. Brought it in on a Wednesday - called again with the quote on Thursday - we said yes- again on Friday- we said yes.... Now on Tuesday - I call - to tell them I need the truck- am told they are still working on the estimate....WHAT !!!!! - go to pick up- NO WORK DONE - complain about them having it for all this time - it's raining - riding a motorcycle- have the keys thrown at me and told to take the truck ! What the heck !!!! I will never use them again - and I've used them before and was happy - too bad they just lost thousands of dollars in repairs that I was needing on 2 other vehicles !
