Our church's social hall carpet gets a lot of abuse, so we've seen a fair amount of A-1. I've appreciated that we've been able to work with the same technician each time. He knows the job well and has flexibility to modify things according to our needs. We've used A-1 for years, and have no reason to shop around. Good job, guys (and gals, I guess)!
