I did not enjoy the experience here. I went in looking for a BabyLock. The technician said how terrible and inferior they were; tried to upsell me to a Pfaff, even though I already have another troublesome Pfaff.
If they don't have faith in BabyLock why are they a dealer for them?
Condescending attitude with an eye out for your platinum card. Beware. Do your homework first.
