I have lived here for almost one year but I will be moving out when my lease is up. Although the housing market and rent has gone down, Madison Sammamish is driving rent UP. WAY up. Between the $220/month rent increase and the $200+ in misc. fees I cannot afford to live here. But that's ok because I am not so fond of their management or maintenance either. The staff are nice but they do not follow through with anything. My water heater has not been working for 2 days and it is still not fixed. I even called the ""emergency pager"" # they give for situations such as mine but no one came to fix it. I've had to boil water to get a hot bath. And the management just brushes it off like it is nothing. I wouldn't recommend living here, they'll give you a great move in rate but when you want to stay, they'll raise your rent. They don't care what your situation is. They've also lost packages that have been sent to me. It's just unorganized and unprofessional. I'm happy to live elsewhere.
