Having just moved to Austin from California, I was referred to Shampooch by a friend. I brought my little 5lb maltese in for the works. The groomer had a wonderful way with dogs, and asked questions to make sure we got what we wanted. She offered great tips and helpful advice both when I dropped my dog off, and when I picked her up. My dog was ready by the promised time. We will be repeat customers!
