There is an entire list of reasons I can give from them waiting until our temporary plates expired before sending us a new one (this was already a major complaint before they changed owners which they can't seem to handle still. Oh, and you know what they told us to do? which was ILLEGAL... take a MARKER and change the date on the temp paper!!!! rightttt. Good job guys. ) to being told that the car had already had a full tune up (we took it to the dealer near us bc the brakes were squeaking... a week after we bought it and were told there were only millimeters left on the brake pads... millimeters!! And the dealer said NOTHING had been done. Even the fluids were down!) to them never returning our calls regarding ANYthing... to them sending us a random bill for sales tax almost 2 months later with no return address or phone number...
This was our first big car purchase and needless to say they completely soured the entire experience and I would never go back there or recommend ANYone going here unless you want to be taken advantage of.
