Early last month I purchased a 700r4 for my camaro. My so called mechanic friend and i decided to save money and install it ourself. Just my luck we installed it and nothing it did not move or anything. So i was very upset I called tech support we determined that my so called mechanic buddy and I installed it incorrectly. We damaged the trans and i was pissed. I called mark and explained the situation. Mark said dont worry we will take care of you. He waived any repair fees and showed me how not to make the same mistake. Super Shops and its crew really helped me out.
