I took my car into the Infiniti of Springfield store so someone could help me figure out how to change the region on the navigation andhow to reset for the oil change I had while moving from Seattle, WA to Springfield, MO. Kevin met with me, and walked me through the processes I requested. I was very impressed with Kevin. He was very pleasant, professional, and he provided the best possible service. I asked him if the car sounded rough, or if I would need snow tires for the winter. He *could* have told me I needed all sorts of stuff, but instead he was very honest.
