Alexander Ford Murfreesboro has the worst sales service, especially after the sale. Overcharged me for my new tag and took way too long to get it. Won't return calls. Paid for Certified Preowned inspection and warranty and they did not do what the inspection contract says they were to do. They are too much hassle to deal with and I do not like not getting what I pay for or being overcharged. I will not do business with them again. Too bad I spent so much money with them on the purchase of my vehicle.
