We have been most impressed with continuing efforts to diagnos and fix what now appears to be a problem with the electrcal system in the window switch. They have been very forthright with us in repeated attempts to diagnose the problem, at no cost to us,and have given prompt turn around. Though they are a glass replacement shop they have gone above and beyond their responsibility in order to ensure the whole function works. The service is personable and prompt.
