My name is Racheal, I was referred by my BFF who lives in the NYC area and had just had the procedure herself. I immediately made an appointment even though I am not living in NY anymore. I flew out the morning of the surgery due to some flight complications and the staff was very friendly and accommodating about my situation. Their wonderful attitudes continued throughtout my visit. Each staff member took care took explain everything very throughtly and make sure that i felt comfortable. I loved that the doctor was encouraging me through the whole procedure as well. My experience of the surgery itself was awesome too. There was no pain during or after the proceduce and took only 10 minutes. Of course I very pleased with the result so far. I woke up the followimg day. It's a miracle that I can actually see the alarm without any problem. I felt very comfortable and I would like to share it with everyone who needs Lasik.
