This dealership provides poor service. Every time I take a vehicle there I have to take it back. I'm responsible for a lot of cars. I bought 3 last year. My most recent trip to the service department at Gordon involved a complaint with my 2009 Equinox. It's still under warranty. The rear tires started leaking air right in the driveway. They determined that the TPM on the right rear tire was defective but wouldn't replace it as a warranty item! They said someone could've damaged it! While it was sitting in my driveway or at work? Hogwash. No more Gordon Chevy & no more GM products... You've been warned!
