I called about 4 pm on a weekday and after waiting for only about 5 min a lady answered and asked how she could help, I gave her the information she requested and was asked to hold while she looked something up. After waiting patiently on hold for almost 20 min someone answered and was apparently talking to a co-worker and began dialing a number. When they realized someone was on the phone she simply hung up. Obviously I was forgotten about and I hardly think that my call was important to them. I certainly will never call them again.
