I'll be the first to admit, I despise going to the dentist. I have put off going for years because of this anxiety, and bad past experiences. One night, however my bottom tooth broke off, so I knew I couldn't put it off any longer. I emailed Dr. O'Neil's office the same night, and first thing in the morning had an email offering me an appointment that very day. From the time I walked in the office to the time I left, everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and very professional. They all also took the time to listen to my concerns and issues, made me feel completely at ease, and gave me a thorough exam. I'm still not thrilled with going to the dentist, but am encouraged that future appointments will be less stressful, thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and caring staff! more
