I recently moved from San Francisco to Chicago. After a few moving disasters I was hesitant about every moving company that I spoke with. Mike was really friendly and answered all of my questions. He sent me a quote with every detail in writing. The men that picked up my furniture and boxes in SF were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. My things had to remain in storage for about 2 months before I was ready for them to be delivered. When my belongings arrived in Chicago my boxes were in great shape, and my furniture had been well protected. My belongings arrived well within the time frame that I had expected, and once again, the men that delivered my items were extremely professional, fast, and organized. Overall, I am really pleased with the entire experience and grateful to Hercules that my move was so easy.
