I have been very excited to live at these apartments as well, now things seem to be going downhill. We have had MANY rude neighbors with dogs barking all hours of the night, to dropping trash in the hallway and someone stealing a tire off of our car, including the rim. And to make matters worse, it was the worse tire, not were they nice rim. To this day, we believe it had to have been a prank, which was not funny. Also, parking here is getting extremely terrible. We are never able to park close to our apartment and have to go on other levels just to get a spot. I don't feel safe when I have to do that and I'm walking by myself in the garage at night. I don't know if management will address this problem, but it is terrible.
Now, I don't want to seem as if is is all bad here, because like I said, I was and still am (in some ways) excited to live here. Management has been easy to talk too, even though I have had some unanswered emails. They keep the area very clean and I even renewed my lease. It is just that the parking is driving me nuts. I really hope that gets better, because I think some tenants have more than 1 car sitting in the garage, or have visitors who take up the spots.
