I bought a dishwasher from a local store promising removal and installation... all they did was drop it off and tell me I needed a plumber. I called Roto Rooter and John came to my home. He evaluated the problem and gave me a set price, the work ended up being much more involved thanks to have an ancient dishwasher... but he kept working at it and answered all my questions along the way. He was polite and courteous and he cleaned up his workspace. Nice to experience great customer service!
