When I was given my first assignment at Ameritrade through Noll to just open envelopes, I told the onsite recruiter that I may need to leave a few times to go to take a physical exam and written test for another major company that I was trying to get into for almost 2 years. Was told that as long as I leave a note on her desk, it would be ok. I left three times over a couple of weeks to finish all the tests and I worked a few weekends at Ameritrade to make up for it. I was let go of the assignment because of my leaving three times. Ten years later with 3 college degrees now and Noll will not even talk to me because they think I left without notification.to the recruiter. Felt like I was lied to!
