great job, worked with Michael and Ken last week. bought a new civic, and had no issues. read a couple of the reviews and have to say, there may be a few haters out there, lol. Whatever, the time i spent there was not bad at all and they were pretty straight forward, no gimmicks and nothing hidden. It is true the fees are high, but at least they were upfront, went to hondaland the week before and they have the same fees, they just split it up and call it two diff. things.. so what ever, Michael and Ken were great, and I AM GOING TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS, besides that, the price was sweet, i bought a new civic lx, gray, for 14.5, plus all the other stuff, but it was still cheaper by about 890 then the other quotes i got. A++++
