Selection - fair. Their policy is that they only take highest quality top brand items, but I see a lot of Kmart and a lot of well-worn items there. \r

Customer servcie - generally good, with one glaring exception -the older, white-haired pageboy-wearing WITCH. She must be related to the owner or they'd have fired her years ago. \r

Value - they recently changed their policy to a 60/40 split, which is just greedy imo. They also do not return your clothes, but donate them and take the tax write-off for themselves. \r
