I recently bought a carpet from Carpet Mill. The carpet from the manufacturer was flawed and was not noticed after it had been installed. Carpet Mill went the extra mile, tearing out the new carpet and getting a replacement without any issue. They are very focused on ensuring their customer is satisfied. Although it was a inconvenience to wait for a new carpet, the end result was perfect.
